Adult Program

ATTENTION:    

Please read carefully and acknowledge that you have read and understand this waiver by signing below.

 Terms & Conditions

Your booking will be reserved for you for 5 days in order to give time for payment to be received. If no payment is received in that time frame, the booking will be lost.

Missed lessons cannot be made up or reimbursed.

A lesson cannot be rescheduled to a different time.

In order to cancel a course with no penalty fee, it must be cancelled no less than 10 days before the course begins. If the course is cancelled less than 10 days before the course begins there is a $45 cancellation fee.

Lessons will run in inclement weather. In the event of lightning the instructor will make a judgment call about whether it is safe to proceed. There is no reimbursement for time out of the pool due to inclement weather.

A waiver must be signed by all swimmers or by a parent where the swimmer is under the age of 18 prior to the first lesson.

In the case of tadpole group and adult lessons, new mothers are not able to enter the pool until after the six-week check-up with an obstetrician.

There is a $5.00 administration charge for all refunds requested from courses cancelled by the client.

 Waiver

In consideration of my acceptance of this registration, on behalf of my child, I hereby release and waive any and all rights and claims howsoever arising, for damages connected with personal injury or loss of my property resulting from and arising out of the participation in the program, acceptance of advice or use of the facilities of Swimming Instinct.

I agree to abide by the program rules as laid down by Swimming Instinct and their staff. I understand that the fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

I hereby state I have given details of any and all medical, physical and mental conditions that I have and state that other than these conditions, I am of sound mental and physical health, capable of participating in swimming lessons with Swimming Instinct.
